Registration Details and Deadlines

Players can join a second event for an additional $30 fee. An extra $5–$10 non-refundable fee will be charged for using the PickleballBrackets.com platform.
Players must register before April 2, 2025, by 9:00 PM EST. Doubles players should ensure both partners sign up within seven days to secure their spot. Incomplete teams risk being moved to the waiting list if spots fill up.
Tournament Format and Prizes
The tournament will follow a round-robin format during the group stages. Top teams will advance to a single-elimination bracket. Every player is guaranteed at least four matches, and results will be recorded in DUPR rankings. The top three finishers in each event will earn medals.

The tournament will be hosted at the Hudson Valley Pickleball facility, located at 1895 South Road, Poughkeepsie, New York. This new indoor venue offers 10 full-sized courts (30ft x 60ft) designed to accommodate competitive play. Free parking will be available for all participants and spectators.
Refund Policy
Cancellations made before March 22, 2025, will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable PickleballBrackets fee. Cancellations after March 23 will not be refunded.
