The development, located off Lyons Road west of Boynton Beach, follows the success of Valencia Grand, which quickly sold out after introducing indoor pickleball.
Expanding Pickleball Amenities
The new community will feature four indoor pickleball courts, building on the popularity of the indoor facilities at Valencia Grand. “The decision to build the indoor courts at The Grand was beyond a home run,” said Marcie DePlaza, COO of GL Homes.

In addition to the indoor courts, Valencia Del Mar will have seven outdoor pickleball courts, all equipped with lighting for evening play. The community’s sports center will also include five clay tennis courts and four bocce courts, providing residents with multiple recreational options.
