Guests must present a valid resort ID or use a MagicBand for entry. Rental equipment is available at a small fee for most guests, while Disney Vacation Club (DVC) members can check out gear for free. To avoid rental fees, players are welcome to bring their paddles and balls.
Resorts Offering Pickleball Courts
Several Disney World resorts have designated pickleball areas:
- Kidani Village at Animal Kingdom Villas – Two hard courts near the shuffleboard and basketball courts. Equipment rental is available at Community Hall.
- Disney’s BoardWalk Inn – Two courts located near Community Hall, where guests can also rent equipment. The resort offers free pickleball lessons every Friday at 9:00 a.m., with pre-registration required at Community Hall or the Screen Door General Store.
- Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort – Two courts in the Meadow Recreation Area, with rental equipment available at the Bike Barn. Free lessons are available to resort guests on Mondays at 10:00 a.m. Guests must pre-register at the Bike Barn by 7:00 p.m. the previous Sunday.
- Disney’s Old Key West Resort – Three courts are available, two near the Hospitality House and one on Old Turtle Pond Road. Equipment can be rented from Conch Flats Community Hall or Hank’s Rent ‘N Return. Free lessons take place on Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. at the Hospitality House courts, with pre-registration required at Community Hall.
