The Picklr Debuts in Westbrook: A new indoor pickleball club, The Picklr, has officially begun its soft opening in Westbrook, giving the public an early look at its state-of-the-art facility ahead of the grand opening on March 8.

A High-Tech Pickleball Experience

Located off Riverside Street, in the former Shaw’s building near Kohl’s and Rock Row, The Picklr features 19 indoor pickleball courts, ensuring climate-controlled play year-round.

“There’s a lot of pickleball growth in the country right now, and we’re trying to separate ourselves from outdoor, right, where it’s climate controlled in here, you’re never going to have any rain, you’re never going to have any wind. Adding to the club’s appeal is an AI-powered training system with cameras that record and analyze gameplay, helping players hone their skills through detailed performance breakdowns.
