This workshop is tailored for players at the 3.0 – 3.8 skill level, aiming to refine their technique, improve strategy, and build confidence on the court. Participants should already have a solid understanding of pickleball fundamentals and be working on advancing their game.
Key characteristics of a 3.0 – 3.8 level player include:
- Consistently executing dinks, volleys, and groundstrokes, though with limited control.
- Improving shot selection, including third-shot drops and drives.
- Struggling with consistency under pressure.
- Developing the ability to reset points from the transition zone.
- Moving efficiently to the non-volley zone (NVZ) and understanding strategic positioning.
- Beginning to recognize and exploit opponents’ weaknesses.
- Handling moderate-speed shots but struggling with fast exchanges.
