In addition to pickleball, the facility will also include:
- Two indoor ice hockey rinks for competitive and recreational use.
- A golf simulator and multipurpose recreation space.
- 450+ new parking spaces to accommodate large tournaments.
Longplex is focused on making pickleball accessible to all players, offering open play, lessons, and leagues in a state-of-the-art facility.
Additional Developments in Tiverton
Along with the pickleball expansion, Longplex has secured 72.7 acres of land in the Tiverton Industrial Park, with 42.3 acres designated for development. Other planned projects include:
- An indoor car storage facility and car enthusiast club.
- A hotel project, which will begin after site development approvals.
The Tiverton Town Council approved the land purchase, allowing Longplex to make infrastructure improvements and generate additional tax revenue for the community.
