The tournament will follow USA Pickleball’s official rules, ensuring fair play and standard equipment. Players who do not comply with the rules or use unapproved equipment will face disqualification.
Registration and Fees
Registration opens on February 28, 2025, and ends on May 16, 2025. The entry fee is $55.00, with additional charges for each event entered.
Players who have not registered their partner will be moved to a waitlist after seven days. The event organizers urge teams to register early to secure a spot.
Player and Partner Policies
Teams must ensure both players are registered to avoid being waitlisted. If a player needs to replace a partner, the new partner must be eligible to play in the same skill and age group. Replacements must be communicated by 6:00 p.m. the day before their scheduled match.
Refund Policy
Cancellations will cost a $25 fee, and players who withdraw before August 1, 2025, will receive a full refund minus the cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 days after the tournament ends, with service fees for registration and events not refundable.
