Tournament Details
The tournament will be held on 11 courts at Litchfield Racquet Club. On May 3, players will compete in Men’s and Women’s Doubles, while May 4 will feature Mixed Doubles. Matches will start at 8:00 AM each day, with specific start times sent to participants a week before the event.
The entry fee for the tournament is $60, which includes one event. Each additional event costs $10. Players who register by April 20, 2025, will receive a free tournament shirt.
Registration and Skill Levels
The tournament will be divided into skill levels, ranging from 2.5 to 4.5+, based on players’ DUPR ratings. Age groups will be determined after registration closes, and players must compete at the skill level of the higher-rated partner. The age of players will be calculated as of December 31, 2025.
Players can register with a partner or request to be matched with one. If a partner does not register within five days, the team will be moved to the waitlist. Once both players register and pay, the team will be moved back to the active list if space is available.
Refund Policy
The last day to withdraw and receive a refund, minus a $20 administrative fee, is April 12, 2025. After that date, no refunds will be offered unless participants have purchased tournament insurance. This insurance covers cancellations due to weather or injury.
Rules and Regulations
The tournament will follow the USA Pickleball Rulebook, with self-monitored matches unless a referee is requested. Paddles must be approved by USA Pickleball for tournament play. Participants are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the official rules to ensure fair play.
