The Gitchi Gummi Winter Blast Pickleball Tournament is set to take over the courts at the University of Wisconsin-Superior’s Marcovich Wellness Center on March 8, 2025. The tournament, hosted by Duluth Area Pickleball Association (DAPA) in conjunction with the UW-Superior tennis program, will feature competitive pickleball action throughout the day.
Tournament Schedule and Divisions
The event will showcase women’s, men’s, and mixed doubles matches across various skill levels. Players must arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled start time.
- Women’s Doubles – 8:00 AM start (arrival by 7:30 AM)
- Mixed Doubles 4.0 & 4.5 – 11:00 AM start (arrival by 10:30 AM)
- Mixed Doubles 3.0 & 3.5 – 11:30 AM start (arrival by 11:00 AM)
- Men’s Doubles 4.5 – 2:30 PM start (arrival by 2:00 PM)
- Men’s Doubles 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0 – 3:00 PM start (arrival by 2:30 PM)
