The 2025 World Pickleball Classic, presented by HSS Florida, will be held on November 15-16, 2025, at the Palm Beach Gardens Tennis & Pickleball Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This exciting event promises competitive play for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.
Event Overview
The World Pickleball Classic, organized by Players International Management (PIM), will feature a round-robin format with a minimum of three matches for every participant.
Divisions include Women’s Doubles, Men’s Doubles, and Mixed Doubles across three age categories: 19+, 40+, and 60+. Players will compete in skill levels from 3.0 to 4.5+.
Each participant will receive a free t-shirt and a voucher for one ticket to the Delray Beach Open, an ATP Pro Tennis Event taking place in February 2026. Early bird registration, open from March 7 to September 15, 2025, costs $30, while the normal registration fee is $40 after September 15.
Registration Information
Registration for the event opens on March 7, 2025, and will close on October 31, 2025. Players can sign up for the tournament by paying the registration fee of $30 for early bird registration or $40 for normal registration, with an additional $40 fee for each event.
Match Format and Prize Distribution
The pickleball tournament follows a round-robin format, with medals awarded based on the number of matches won. If a division has 8 or more teams, it will be split into multiple pools, with a playoff round to determine medalists. In case of ties, head-to-head results will be used, followed by point differential if necessary.
Community Focus
In addition to the competition, the World Pickleball Classic will host a Holiday Toy Drive. Attendees are encouraged to bring new, unwrapped toys to donate to local hospitals. Spectators can watch the matches for free.
Refund and Partner Replacement Policies
Players who need to withdraw by October 5, 2025, will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of up to $25. No refunds will be given after that date. Players losing a partner can replace them with another registered player within the same skill or age group, as long as the replacement is confirmed by 6 p.m. the day before the match.
