Registration Information
Registration opens on March 7, 2025, at 8:00 AM EST and closes on April 29, 2025, at 11:55 PM EST. The registration fee is $70, which increases to $90 after March 22, 2025. Players can secure a spot in the event by registering online.
Prizes and Awards
The winning teams in the 4.0+ divisions for Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, and Mixed Doubles will receive a guaranteed cash prize of $500, potentially up to $1,000 if the event sells out.
Additionally, the winning team in the 3.0-4.0 division will receive free entry into the 2025 Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship Tournament in Cranberry, Pennsylvania, held June 5-8, 2025.
Health and Safety Measures

Players are encouraged to stay hydrated and take breaks to prevent heat-related illness. The event will proceed rain or shine, with contingency plans for extreme weather.
Refund Policy
The refund policy states that participants who withdraw more than 30 days in advance will receive a full refund minus processing fees. After that, a partial refund of 50% is available up to 10 days before the tournament. No refunds will be given within 10 days of the event or for no-shows.
