The 2025 Camp Birch Hill Spring Pickleball Event Retreat will take place from June 13 to June 15 at Camp Birch Hill in New Durham, New Hampshire. Tournament and Clinic Details
The retreat will begin on Friday, June 13, with skill-building clinics led by top pickleball players Yvonne and Clare. These clinics, which run from 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM, will offer players an opportunity to improve their game with expert guidance. Participants can choose from three clinic times to best suit their schedules.
The tournament itself will feature men’s and women’s doubles on Saturday, June 14, and mixed doubles on Sunday, June 15. A single-day registration costs $45, which includes lunch, one event entry, and access to all camp amenities. Additional event entries are $20 each. A $5 service fee per event is also applicable, capped at $10.
Overnight Accommodations
For those wanting a full weekend experience, an all-inclusive overnight package is available for $215. This includes tournament entry fees, meals (two breakfasts, lunches, and dinners), and overnight accommodations. Guests can arrive at noon on Friday to practice or enjoy free time at the camp. Accommodations are in Birch Hill Cabins, with registration on a first-come, first-served basis.
Recreational Fun Beyond Pickleball
When not on the courts, guests can enjoy a variety of recreational activities such as canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, sailing, fishing, and swimming. The camp’s expansive 100-acre campus also offers a water trampoline for added fun. Evening activities include a ping pong tournament, illuminated paddle tennis matches, and a bonfire sing-along at the Circle in the Pines.

A full refund is available for cancellations made before June 8, 2025. No refunds will be provided after that date.
