The tournament will take place over three days:

- June 13 – Women’s singles, men’s doubles
- June 14 – Mixed doubles
Players will compete in three skill-based divisions:
- Division I: 4.0 & above
- Division II: 3.5
- Division III: 3.0 & below
A round-robin format will determine final placements, with age and skill brackets possibly combined to ensure balanced competition.
Registration and Partner Requirements
Players must have an account on PickleballBrackets.com to register. If competing in a doubles event, both partners must register within 14 days, or they will be moved to the waitlist.
Registration will be held in two phases:
- March 10 – April 31: Early registration
- May 1 – May 31: A $5 late fee per athlete applies
Players must register in the age group of their youngest teammate. The tournament director reserves the right to adjust brackets, match schedules, and formats as needed.
Refund Policy and Tournament Rules
Refunds are available until April 31, 2025, minus a $20 fee. After this date, refunds will not be issued. Players who register without a partner and are waitlisted can request a refund before April 31.
