The 2025 Shadow Valley Pickleball Tournament Member-Guest Tournament will take place on April 12 at Shadow Valley Country Club in Rogers, Arkansas. This skill-level doubles event invites club members to team up with non-members for a day of competition and camaraderie. In case of rain, matches will be rescheduled for April 13.
Tournament Details and Divisions
Registration opens on March 8, 2025, at 8:00 AM CST and closes on April 9, 2025, at 11:55 PM CST. The entry fee is $60 per player and includes a tournament t-shirt for the first 50 registrants, as well as dinner and drinks for each participant and one guest.
Match schedule by division:
- 2.5 Division – 8:00 AM
- 3.0 Division – 10:00 AM
- 3.5 Division – 12:30 PM
- 4.0+ Division – 3:00 PM
Players must register at the level of their highest-rated partner, with a maximum skill gap of 1.0 between teammates. The tournament will follow a round-robin format, with medals awarded to first and second-place winners.
Venue and Special Events
All matches will take place outdoors on Shadow Valley’s six hard courts using Selkirk Pro S1 balls. Participants can enjoy free open play on Friday, April 11, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
A player dinner will be held on April 12 at 6:00 PM, regardless of weather conditions. Each player is allowed to bring one adult guest.
Registration and Refund Policy
Players must complete registration with a partner within two days. Incomplete teams will be placed on a waitlist until both partners have registered and paid.
Refunds are available until April 9, 2025, minus a $10 processing fee. Requests will be processed the week after the tournament.
