Indianapolis Pickleball Club Hosts 24-Hour ‘Rally for Riley’ Charity Pickleball Event

The Indianapolis Pickleball Club is set to host its inaugural “Rally for Riley”, a 24-hour pickleball marathon benefiting Riley Hospital for Children. The event will kick off at 5 p.m. on Friday and run until 5 p.m. on Saturday, bringing players of all skill levels together to support a great cause.

A Pickleball Event Unlike Any Other

Inspired by the Indiana University Dance Marathon for Riley, this unique tournament will feature a variety of activities beyond traditional pickleball matches. Participants can look forward to:

  • Cosmic pickleball with glow-in-the-dark elements.
  • Inflatable costume pickleball for a fun twist on the game.
  • Challenges against professional pickleball players.

The goal is to raise funds for Riley Hospital while strengthening the pickleball community in Indianapolis.

Organizers Excited to Build Community Through Pickleball

Event organizer Carrie Jackson shared the inspiration behind the idea.

The fundraiser is a tribute to Riley Hospital, which holds special meaning for the event organizers. In addition to non-stop pickleball, participants will enjoy:

The event is open to all skill levels, making it an excellent opportunity for beginners to learn and play alongside experienced players.

How to Participate

For a $50 participation fee, players will experience 24 hours of non-stop pickleball, community spirit, and charitable giving. The event highlights how sports can bring people together while supporting local initiatives.
