Tournament Format and Events
The outdoor doubles round-robin tournament offers multiple divisions for men’s, women’s, mixed, and scrambled doubles. Players will compete in 4-6 games per bracket, with matches played to 15 points, win by one.
Women’s and men’s doubles take place on May 31, while mixed and scrambled doubles are scheduled for June 1. Scrambled doubles assign players a new partner each match, allowing participants to meet and compete with different teammates.
Inclusive Competition and Community Engagement
While the tournament celebrates the LGBTQ+ community, all allies are welcome to participate. Players can register with a partner or sign up individually to be paired with someone.
Registration and Refund Policies
The entry fee includes one event and a tournament T-shirt, with additional events costing $20 each. Late registration runs from May 26-28, but players who sign up late are not guaranteed a T-shirt.
Refunds are available before May 22, with a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after this date. In case of bad weather, organizers will attempt to reschedule games, but if cancellations occur, affected players will receive a 50% discount for next year’s event.
