The Clarence Rotary Club will host the fourth Clarence Rotary Annual Pickleball Tournament from June 20 to June 22, 2025. The tournament will take place at Clarence Town Park in Clarence, New York. Registration opens on March 17 and closes on June 15, with a $50 entry fee.
This is the largest outdoor pickleball tournament in Buffalo, drawing players of all skill levels. Events will feature singles, doubles, and mixed doubles play, with pool play followed by playoff rounds for medals.
Tournament Schedule and Format
The competition kicks off on Friday with men’s and women’s singles, as well as the “Split Age” 50/50 doubles event. Saturday will feature men’s and women’s doubles, while mixed doubles will take place on Sunday.
Warmups and check-in will begin 60 minutes before each event. Players must check in at least 30 minutes before their scheduled start time. All start times and formats are subject to change based on the number of participants.

Participants are encouraged to purchase refund insurance during registration. Without it, no refunds will be given for any reason, including rain or COVID-related cancellations.
Players competing in the highest skill-level events may also be subject to ratings verification and could be reassigned if they do not meet the minimum rating requirements.
Venue and Event Preparation
The tournament will be held at Clarence Town Park, located at 5400 Goodrich Rd, Clarence, New York. Parking is free for all attendees. As this is an outdoor summer event, players should come prepared with sunscreen, water bottles, camping chairs, towels, and tents for shade. Water stations will be available for refills.
