Tournament Schedule and Rules

For teams to be officially entered, both players must register and pay within seven days of the first player’s registration. If the partner fails to register within this timeframe, the team will be moved to the waitlist.
Players should avoid wearing clothing that matches the ball color, such as bright yellow or neon shades. Tournament officials may require players to change clothing if necessary.
Refund and Weather Policy
Withdrawals before June 18 will cost a $10 processing fee, but no refunds or credits will be given after this date for any reason, including injury or work conflicts. Registration fees are non-transferable.
As an outdoor pickleball tournament, there is no indoor backup plan. If bad weather affects the event, organizers will make every effort to complete matches, but no refunds or makeup days will be provided.
Venue and Parking
Lefferson Park, located at 2145 S. Breiel Blvd, will host the tournament. Parking is free at this location all week. Additional parking is available at 1900 Johns Rd (Berachah Church) except on Sundays and Wednesday evenings.
