New Pickleball Facility in Minnesota Merges Pickleball and Office Space

Pickleball Facility in Minnesota: A new multi-use facility named Forum is set to officially open this weekend in Delano, Minnesota, combining pickleball courts, office spaces, and wellness amenities. The 20,000-square-foot facility aims to provide a unique environment where work and recreation co-exist.

A Space for Work and Play

Located at 125 Woodland Road, about 30 minutes west of Minneapolis, Forum features four pickleball courts equipped with televisions for scorekeeping and instant replays. The facility also houses 15 office suites, with two smaller suites available for hourly use and 13 larger ones ranging from 100 to 160 square feet for long-term leasing.

In addition to office spaces, the Forum includes multiple fitness areas, an exercise room, a group fitness section, locker rooms, saunas, outdoor turf, and two Trackman golf simulators.

Vision and Development

Founder Adam Eskola envisioned the Forum as a place where different activities complement each other. He noted that during the soft-opening phase, visitors responded positively to the variety of amenities.

The project was developed with contributions from several firms: Bauer Design Build served as the general contractor, Thielen & Green provided architectural services, and financing was secured through Huntington National Bank.

Membership and Future Plans

Forum offers membership plans and day-use options, with reservations available through a dedicated app. Eskola, who also leads Minnetonka-based contracting firm ATE Recreation specializing in sports courts, plans to establish the facility’s success before exploring expansion opportunities.
