Tournament Format
The format of play will be round-robin, followed by medal brackets for divisions with more than four teams. If necessary, brackets may be combined to ensure enough teams in each category. The awards will be based on the original division and not the combined bracket.
The tournament will feature skill levels from 2.5 to 4.0+. Teams must compete at the skill level of the higher-rated player and the age group of the younger player, with age calculated as of December 31, 2025.
Self-Monitoring and Equipment Guidelines
Players will self-monitor matches, and referees will be available on request. The event will follow USA Pickleball’s official rulebook, and only paddles on the approved USA Pickleball list will be allowed.
Refund Policy
Players may withdraw from the tournament by April 17, 2025, at midnight for a full refund minus a $20 administrative fee. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
