Registration opens on March 1 at 8:00 AM CST and closes on June 1 at 11:55 PM CST. The entry fee is $55, with an additional $10 per event. Members of the US Senior Pickleball (USSP) and Super Senior International Pickleball Association (SSIPA) receive a $10 discount. The tournament is limited to 350 players.
Tournament Format and Competition
Matches will follow a round-robin or pool-play format. Each participant is guaranteed at least four games. The top players from each pool will advance to medal rounds. The tournament director may adjust brackets based on the number of participants.
Supporting Veterans
Funds from the tournament support Oklahoma Freedom Flight, a non-profit that provides veterans with a chance to visit national monuments. Organizers say the trip offers healing and closure for many who have served.
Venue and Parking
The Mayes County Event Center will host the event, with parking available on three sides of the facility. USSP flags will mark designated parking areas. Pets are not allowed. The tournament brings together the community to support veterans while celebrating the growing sport of pickleball.
