Tournament Details
The tournament will feature round-robin play, with teams rotating through four different brackets: Women’s 3.25 & below, Women’s 3.5-4.0, Men’s 3.25 & below, and Men’s 3.5-4.0. Each bracket will have a round-robin format, followed by a single-elimination playoff for the top teams. Participants will play to 11 points, with no win by 1 rule. If teams are tied, a game to 7 will determine the winner.
Registration and Fees
Registration is open from March 18, 2025, until April 22, 2025. The cost is $40 per person if registered by April 5. After that, the price increases to $50 per person. Participants are responsible for finding their own partners.
Fundraiser for a Worthy Cause
This tournament is organized by the GFWC Mount Dora Woman’s Club to raise money for Ashley’s House, which is currently under construction. The home will offer job training, counseling, and support to female veterans working toward self-sufficiency.
Refund Policy
Participants who wish to withdraw before April 20, 2025, will receive a refund minus a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after April 20, 2025. In the case of inclement weather, play may be suspended or canceled, and no refunds will be provided. The event organizers encourage participants to consider their registration fee as a charitable donation if the tournament is canceled.
