Results from each match will be recorded in the Swish Sports app and posted on minnesotastatepickleball.com. Players are required to set up a free DUPR account and download the Swish Sports app before the first session. Those without a DUPR rating will be assigned a random starting position in the first week.
How Matches Are Played
Each session, players check in with the league coordinator before play begins. The Swish app then organizes players based on their league rating. The games follow this structure:
- Players are grouped into pools of four or five.
- They play one game with each person in their pool.
- After the first round, pools are adjusted based on performance.
- A second round is played with the new pool assignments.
- Final results are recorded, updating the league standings for the next week.
The games will use Vulcan balls for the 2025 season. No substitutions are allowed, and players must be present to participate.
Weather and Refund Policy
In case of inclement weather, heat, or poor air quality, league coordinators will send email notifications about cancellations at least two hours before the start time. Participants should check their registered email for updates.
Refunds are available until one week before the league begins. If five or more sessions are canceled due to weather, players will receive a partial refund based on the number of weeks affected. However, if four or fewer cancellations occur, no refunds will be issued.
