The tournament will follow a round-robin format, followed by a medal round. Players can compete in one of four skill levels: 2.5 (2.0-2.99), 3.0 (3.0-3.49), 3.5 (3.5-3.99), and 4.0 and above. Skill levels will be determined using Pickleball DUPR ratings, and players must have a DUPR account to participate. Those who wish to compete in a skill level above their current rating can choose to do so.

The tournament will be held at the Leading Edge Pickleball Facility in Wm. F Lede Park, which boasts 12 permanent pickleball courts. Participants will have access to practice courts on a first-come, first-served basis. Leduc 55Plus has secured a block of hotel rooms for participants and is working on additional accommodations, including camping spots for those with RVs. Evening social activities are also being planned to add to the event’s enjoyment.
Refund Policy
The deadline for withdrawing from the tournament is May 5, 2025, at 11:00 PM MST. Withdrawals before this date are subject to a $15 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after the deadline, but requests will be processed the week of May 19, 2025.
