- Six to nine teams: Single round-robin, single game to 15 (win by 2).
- Ten to sixteen teams: Split into two pools, with top teams advancing to medal rounds. All matches in pool play and medal rounds will be one game to 15 (win by 2).
The event will award medals to the top two teams based on round-robin standings.
Tiebreaker Rules and Refund Policy
The tournament will use the International Federation of Pickleball (IFP) standard for tiebreakers. If two or more teams are tied, rankings will be determined by:
- Head-to-head record.
- Point differential across all round-robin games.
- Head-to-head point differential.
- Point differential against the highest-ranked team.
Teams that withdraw before completing pool play will have their results nullified.
Players can request a refund until May 4, 2025, minus a $10 processing fee. Refunds will be processed after the tournament concludes.
