The five-week program, designed for adults, will introduce players to the game’s rules and strategies, with sessions running once per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Program Details and Registration
To ensure quality instruction, each session will be limited to eight participants. Only Piscataway residents are eligible to enroll, and all participants must have full mobility. Registration for the program opens on Tuesday, April 1, with a $40 fee required to secure a spot.
Payments must be received by Thursday, April 17, 2025. Participants can drop off or mail their checks to the Parks and Recreation Department at 455 Hoes Lane. A drop box next to Ted Light Way is available for after-hours submissions.
Class Schedule and Location
The classes will take place at Quibbletown Park, located at 700 Fairview Avenue. The program will run for five weeks, beginning the week of April 22 and concluding the week of May 22. The available time slots are:
- Tuesdays: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Thursdays: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Weather and Cancellation Policies
Dates and times are subject to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Residents can check for cancellations by calling the program hotline after 4:00 p.m. on class days.
