Pickleball players in Chantilly will soon have a new place to play as the Dill Dinkers facility nears completion. The venue, located in the Sully Place Shopping Center along Route 50, reached a key milestone this week with the installation of its sign. The 30,000-square-foot facility is expected to open by the end of April.
A New Pickleball Destination
Dill Dinkers will feature 12 indoor pickleball courts, two championship courts, 18-foot ceilings, and a pro shop. The facility is designed to accommodate both recreational and competitive players, providing an indoor venue for year-round play.
The space was previously occupied by a Babies R Us store before being converted into a sports facility. The Burn first reported on the plans for Dill Dinkers last October, and construction has been ongoing since then.
Awaiting an Official Opening Date
Although an exact opening date has not been announced, the facility remains on track to welcome players before the end of April. The new location aims to serve the growing pickleball community along the Route 50 corridor and provide a high-quality playing experience.
