Intermediate and advanced pickleball players can refine their skills at the Palm Desert Community Center this July. Instructor Mary Barsaleau will lead clinics every Friday from July 11 to August 1, running from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Participants will focus on improving shot control, strategy, and net play.
Training for Experienced Players
These sessions are designed for players who have dependable strokes and directional control but want to add more variety and depth to their shots. Participants will develop their net play, use the “third shot drop,” and practice a mix of dinks, soft shots, angles, and lobs.
Registration and Drop-In Options
The clinics require advance registration, but drop-ins may be accepted with the instructor’s approval. Those who drop in must pay before attending and present a receipt on the day of the session.
Held at the community center’s gymnasium at 43-900 San Pablo Avenue, these clinics offer structured drills to help players strengthen their skills and confidence on the court.
