Pickleball Charity Tournament: Pickleball players in Kingsport can now register for the “Champions of the Court” event, set to take place April 7 to April 28. Organized by Kingsport Parks and Recreation, the competition will be held Mondays from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Riverview Park Pickleball Courts.
Details on Format and Schedule
The event welcomes players age 13 and older with a skill level of 3.0 or higher. Each weekly session allows up to 20 players, with a $5 fee per person per week. Players will be randomly paired, and the top two performers each week will move on to the final round.
The championship round will be held on May 5. The final winner will receive the title of champion along with prizes.

The City of Kingsport said the event is “open to beginner and intermediate players.” While it is intended for those with a 3.0+ skill level, all players are welcome to participate.
