Burlington’s New Indoor Pickleball Haven: Get Ready to Serve Up Fun!

Burlington’s New Indoor Pickleball Haven: The Picklr will open a new indoor pickleball facility on April 19 at 40 Ray Ave. in Burlington. The eight-court facility will operate daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. and is part of a fast-growing national pickleball brand expanding across the country.

Expanding Brand Brings Courts to Burlington

The Picklr is growing quickly, with about two new locations opening each weekend across the U.S., according to manager Joshua Cline. The brand now lists 85 total locations nationwide, including one in Westfield, Massachusetts.

The Burlington site will feature eight indoor courts made with the same surface used by the Professional Pickleball Association. This ensures a consistent playing experience at every location.

“We have a partnership with a company called Just Courts that lays them and use a proprietary acrotek blend that is the same in every facility, so no matter where you play it is always the same and reliable.” – (Cline)

Facility Offers Memberships and Events

Although the founding memberships have sold out, regular memberships are available for $149 per month.

Members get unlimited open play, access to leagues, tournaments, social events, and clinics. They also receive four monthly guest passes and use of demo paddles from the facility’s pro shop.

Why This Matters for the Community

The opening of The Picklr in Burlington brings more indoor recreational options to the area. With long hours, high-quality courts, and structured events, it’s expected to draw players of all levels.

As pickleball continues to grow nationwide, facilities like this may become key to supporting local interest in the sport.
