The 2025 Cincinnati Amateur Open pickleball tournament will take place on July 12–13 at Sawyer Point Park. The pickleball event is open to all skill levels and features round-robin play, medal matches, and a new Open Cash Prize division. Early bird registration is now live with a $10 discount.

Players can sign up using the code “CincyAm25” for $10 off until June 12 at 8 a.m. or until 100 players register. The event promises competitive games and new player perks for the growing pickleball community.
Tournament Format and Schedule
The tournament will follow a round-robin format with bracket play for medals. Each player is guaranteed at least six games. Games will use the Franklin X40 ball and scores will automatically post to DUPR.
Doubles play is scheduled for Saturday, mixed doubles on Sunday, and singles can be played either day. Custom medals and additional awards will be presented to top finishers.
Cash Prizes and PicklePerks
The 2025 event includes an Open Cash Prize division for men’s, women’s, and mixed doubles. Each of these divisions will offer $2,000 in prize money. Entry is limited to 14 teams per division.
The new rewards system adds extra value to player participation and supports future event involvement.
