Why Pickle & Pint Is Being Called Largo’s Ultimate Pickleball Paradise

Largo’s Ultimate Pickleball Paradise: A new indoor pickleball facility called Pickle & Pint has opened in Largo, Florida. The family-owned venue features 12 pickleball courts and a full bar at 13200 S Belcher Road, giving players a chance to play year-round without worrying about Florida’s changing weather.

The large facility offers more pickleball courts than nearby locations, including the four-court Dink House. Along with pickleball, guests can play ping-pong or cornhole between games. The venue also offers drop-in sessions, training, leagues, and youth programs.

A Fun and Welcoming Environment

The owners of Pickle & Pint say they want to create a fun, safe space for all ages.

“We want to create a space that’s welcoming, fun, and enjoyable for everyone,” said Zachary Weir. “We’re family-owned, and we’re focused on making this a place where people of all ages can feel comfortable.”

Players can reserve a court up to five days ahead. Court fees change depending on the time of day. Prime hours—weekday mornings before 11 a.m., after 5 p.m., and all day on weekends—cost $40. Off-peak sessions are $30. Each court holds up to six players.

Membership Options and Events

Pickle & Pint offers four monthly membership levels. These range from free basic access to a $174.99 premium plan. Premium members receive early court booking, guest passes, and discounts on events and classes. Drop-in games cost $10 to $15, giving players a chance to face others with similar skills. The facility will also host contests, starting with Team Moneyball on May 9, featuring a $1,800 prize. The Spring Classic follows on May 31, with winners receiving Joola S3 paddles.

Food, Drinks, and Youth Programs

The bar serves Florida craft beers, wine, and Belleair Coffee Company drinks. Food options include pizza and bar snacks. A daily happy hour takes $2 off draft beers. Youth programs are coming soon. Organizers plan to work with local schools to introduce kids to the sport. The indoor setting protects from heat and rain, keeping games going in any weather.

Why It Matters

Pickle & Pint gives players in Largo a reliable indoor place to play, train, and connect. With programs for all ages and skill levels, the new center hopes to become a year-round hub for the growing pickleball community. Early tournaments and school partnerships could boost the sport’s popularity even more.
