Pickleball Paddle Battle Flint Event: The YWCA Greater Flint is hosting the Pickleball Paddle Battle on Saturday, May 3, at 810 Sports Complex in Flint, MI. The event invites players of all skill levels to compete in exciting pickleball games and enjoy a fun, action-packed day.
Event Details and Activities
The Pickleball Paddle Battle will feature three 11-minute games with a short break between rounds. Players will compete in different skill-level categories, including “King or Queen of the Kitchen” for experienced players and “The Big Dill” for beginners and intermediate players.
Each participant will receive an event t-shirt, a drink ticket worth up to $4, and a swag bag provided by Dort Financial Credit Union. There will also be opportunities to win prizes through a Silent Auction and a 50/50 raffle. The Wall Ball Competition offers participants the chance to hit the bullseye for $5, with three chances to win.
Skill Levels and Registration
Players can sign up individually or with a partner. The event will accommodate different skill levels:

The “King or Queen of the Kitchen” competition, from 10:00-11:30 a.m., is aimed at experienced players with a competitive spirit. Participants in this category will rotate partners for three games against other two-person teams. Medals will be awarded for the top three finishers.
The “Big Dill” competition, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., is perfect for first-timers and intermediate players who want a non-competitive experience. Guidance will be provided during the games, and players can register individually or as a team of four to compete against each other for all three games.
