Steamboat Tennis and Pickleball Gala Returns: Vintage Glamour Meets Community Impact at Center Court SMASH

Steamboat Tennis and Pickleball Gala Fundraiser: The Steamboat Tennis and Pickleball Complex has opened ticket sales for its second annual Center Court SMASH gala. The fundraiser takes place on July 29 at Flying Diamond Ranch and aims to support facility renovations, loan repayments, and youth programs.

A Night of Style and Sport

This year’s theme is “Vintage Palm Springs,” celebrating mid-century glamour and the vibrant energy of court sports. Guests can expect an elegant atmosphere combined with sports excitement.

“The goal of this year’s Center Court SMASH is to provide a fun, elegant atmosphere for donors, players, and sports enthusiasts while raising funds for the nonprofit Steamboat Tennis and Pickleball Center,” said Britt Havard, Director of Development for the Complex and Co-chair of the Center Court SMASH.

“With vintage flair, lively sports action, and opportunities to support a great cause, this event promises to be a hit with players and supporters alike,” added Havard.

Supporting Local Programs and Facilities

Tickets for the gala are priced at $250 per person. Table Sponsorships are also available, ranging from $1,000 to $25,000.

Funds raised from the gala will support multiple needs. This includes upgrades to the Tennis Center, reducing a $5 million loan for the Pickleball Center’s construction, and helping youth and non-profit sports programs.

Looking Ahead

Organizers hope the event draws strong community support and raises significant funds for the Complex’s mission. With themed entertainment, stylish decor, and a shared passion for racquet sports, the gala offers guests a unique way to give back.
