The club is a veteran-owned local business, and its founders include Dillon Eugenio, Chris Pierce, Randy Fuller, and Dave Wilcox. The club’s website promises a welcoming environment for all pickleball enthusiasts.

The site spans 129 acres and is being transformed into a 2.4 million-square-foot business park by Industrial Realty Group (IRG). The park provides strategic access to major highways and rail services, making it a key location in the South Sound area.
