Palm Bay Launches Summer Pickleball League: Palm Bay Recreation will kick off a new Summer Adult Pickleball League on Wednesday, June 11, at the Ted Whitlock Community Center in Palm Bay, Florida. The league is open to players 16 and older and invites men’s, women’s, and mixed teams to join.
Indoor Matches for All Skill Levels
The league will be held indoors at the air-conditioned Ted Whitlock Community Center, located at 370 Championship Circle NW. Teams can have between two and four players. Matches will take place on Wednesday and Thursday nights, with the possibility of games on Tuesdays as well. Start times are set for 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
To keep competition fair, teams will be grouped by skill level. The league will accept up to 48 teams, and spots are limited. All players, including beginners, are encouraged to join.
Registration Details and Deadlines
The deadline to register is Tuesday, June 4. The cost is $50 per team, plus an extra $5 for each additional player. Players under 18 will need a signed waiver from a parent or guardian to take part.
