Pickleball Event for a Cure: St. Louis Pickleball Fundraiser Unites Community to Fight Cancer

St. Louis Pickleball Fundraiser: St. Louis Men’s Group Against Cancer will hold its third annual pickleball fundraiser on Saturday, June 28, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will take place at Padel + Pickle, located at 1220 North Price Road in Olivette. Sponsored by Klamen Real Estate Group, the tournament aims to raise money for local cancer-related causes.

Participants can register to compete in men’s and women’s competitive brackets, as well as recreational brackets for men’s, women’s, and mixed doubles. The round robin format allows each team to play multiple matches. The entry fee is $70 per person and includes tournament play and a light breakfast.

Longstanding Support for Cancer Care

St. Louis Men’s Group Against Cancer is a non-profit organization that began in 1969. It helps people in the St. Louis area by raising money for cancer care, research, and support programs. Since its start, the group has donated over $6 million to more than 40 local charities.

All funds raised from the pickleball event will support important cancer services in the area. The organization is known for giving to groups that help adults and children fighting cancer.

Groups That Benefit

St. Louis Men’s Group Against Cancer gives money to several well-known organizations. These include the American Cancer Society, BJC Healthcare, Camp Rainbow, The Cancer Support Community, Children’s Miracle Network, Missouri Baptist Cancer Center, and Alvin J. Siteman Cancer Center.
