Foxborough’s New Pickleball Courts: Patriot Place and ELEVENO Pickleball are working together to open a new outdoor pickleball facility later this summer in Foxborough, Massachusetts. The 17,000-square-foot space will include six professional courts, a shaded lounge for players, food and drinks, and a schedule of special events.
New Facility for Pickleball Fans
The new courts will be built in a converted parking lot across from Trader Joe’s and Restoration Hardware Outlet, where the seasonal Winter Skate rink usually stands. The courts will be open until the end of October. After that, the area will be used again for the skating center during the winter months.
Players of all skill levels will be able to reserve court time. ELEVENO Pickleball will also host tournaments, training sessions, and other fun events. The space is designed to be a welcoming place for casual and competitive players.
Partnership Between ELEVENO and Patriot Place
The new courts are part of a growing partnership between ELEVENO Pickleball and Patriot Place. In past years, the two worked together to host the Patriot Place Pickleball Classic using temporary courts.
They also held pop-up clinics and other events to introduce more people to the sport. Brian Earley, Vice President and General Manager of Patriot Place, said,
“Over the past several years, we’ve partnered with ELEVENO to host the Patriot Place Pickleball Classic, pop-up clinics and more, which have shown us just how passionate our guests are about this fast-growing sport. We’re thrilled to raise our game with the addition of a seasonal permanent outdoor facility.” – (Brian Earley)
Looking Ahead
More details about the grand opening will be announced soon. The courts are expected to become a popular attraction for visitors to Patriot Place. With room for events and everyday play, the new facility aims to grow the pickleball community in the area.
