Granby’s Summer Pickleball Lessons: The Granby Recreation Department is offering summer pickleball lessons for all skill levels with instructor Bill Weber. Classes begin on Tuesday, June 10, and run through July 1 at Polhamus Park in Granby, Connecticut. The program includes options for beginners, intermediate, and advanced players.
Class Options and Times
There are three class levels available:
Advanced (11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.)
Beginner (1 p.m. to 2 p.m.)
Intermediate (2 p.m. to 3 p.m.)
Participants can join one of three four-week sessions or attend as drop-in students. The cost is $100 for a full session or $30 per drop-in class.
Location and Equipment
All lessons will take place at the Town of Granby’s courts at Polhamus Park. Pickleball paddles are available for those who don’t have their own. Pre-registration is requested for all participants to ensure space and equipment availability.
Instructor and Organization
Bill Weber, an experienced pickleball instructor, is leading the lessons. Granby Recreation is organizing the program to give residents more ways to stay active during summer.
