Pickleball Kingdom in Bolingbrook: Bolingbrook will soon have a new pickleball facility called Pickleball Kingdom. The Bolingbrook Village Board approved a special use permit for the business at its meeting on Tuesday. The facility will be located at 111 S. Weber Road in the former Big Lots space.
New Pickleball Facility Details
Pickleball Kingdom will be a membership-based, climate-controlled center designed for players of all skill levels. The facility will include pickleball courts, a pro shop, a snack bar, and locker rooms. It will operate daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Mayor Mary Alexander-Basta said the facility is “a great utilization of a space that was vacated, and I don’t see another retailer being able to take up that much of a footprint.”
