There is still time to register for the Church Hill Summer Slam Pickleball Tournament, which will take place on June 21 and 22 at J.W. Salley Park, located at 424 West Lane Street in Church Hill, Tennessee. The tournament starts at 9:00 a.m. each day.
This pickleball event is open to the public and will raise funds for Church Hill Parks and Recreation. The tournament includes four age groups and is open to both new and experienced players. All age groups are limited to eight teams, so early registration is important.
Competition by Age and Type
Players will compete in one of four age divisions: 14–37, 38–54, 55–64, and 65 and older. Each team must register under the correct age bracket, and spots are limited to keep matches fair and organized.
The schedule is divided by event type. Men’s and women’s doubles will be held on Saturday. Mixed doubles will be played on Sunday. Players are allowed to join only one division per day.
Cost and Registration
The entry fee is $20 for one division. Players who want to join a second division on a different day must pay an additional $5.
Organizers encourage early sign-up since space is limited, and the tournament supports local parks and programs.
Supporting the Community
All proceeds from the event will go directly to Church Hill Parks and Recreation. These funds help maintain local parks, offer community programs, and support youth sports in the area.
This tournament not only promotes fitness and fun but also helps build a stronger community by supporting local services.
