Pickleball Fundraiser for Alzheimer’s Care: Three caregiving companies have joined together to raise money for Alzheimer’s care. They will host a pickleball open play event on Saturday, June 21, 2025, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the indoor Peak Pickleball courts in Chapel Hills Mall.
The event is organized by a new group called the ABC Community Partners. This team includes Able Care Mobile Therapy, Bristol Hospice, and Cornerstone Caregiving. All three businesses regularly work with people affected by Alzheimer’s disease.
Event Details and Prices
The fundraiser includes two main options. For $35, participants can learn to play pickleball with a professional. For $50, players can reserve a court for two hours of open play.
The indoor setting at Peak Pickleball offers a controlled, fun space to play while helping a cause. Money raised will go to the local chapter of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s organization.
Why the Businesses Got Involved
Each business said they provide support to individuals with Alzheimer’s, and they want to give back through this fundraiser.
Able Care Mobile Therapy, Bristol Hospice, and Cornerstone Caregiving teamed up to make this event possible. They hope to bring more awareness to the disease while building community support.
Helping the Community Through Sports
This pickleball event is more than just a game. It’s a way for people to come together, have fun, and support a serious cause. Funds raised will help people with Alzheimer’s and their families get the care they need.
