Court Damaged by ATV
According to police, the suspect drove a red four-wheel ATV across the newly built pickleball court. This caused tire marks, a gouge in the court flooring, and damage to the fence and locking system nearby. The court had only recently been installed.
Surveillance footage from a nearby Ring camera shows a male riding the ATV. The suspect may have had a bicycle or scooter on the back of the vehicle.

Authorities are hoping someone in the area will recognize the person or the red ATV. The Jackson Police Department is working to identify the individual responsible and is asking anyone with information to come forward.
They also reminded the public, “All individuals charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.”
