About the Foundation and Its Work
According to the Lake Central Education Foundation, the group provides grants to teachers in the Lake Central School Corporation. “Our Lake Central students deserve innovative and experiential learning opportunities, but many unique projects require funds for supplies above and beyond the standard budget. That’s where the Lake Central Education Foundation comes in! With support from donors, sponsors, and our community, the foundation is able to provide grants to teachers for the supplies needed for amazing in-class projects to help our Lake Central students with math, reading, science, and so much more.”
Impact and Future Benefits
This event will give teachers more tools to teach subjects like math, reading, and science. It also helps the community come together to support education in a fun way. Organizers hope many people will sign up to play and help raise funds for classrooms.
