PickleBoom! Missouri City Tournament Promises Prizes, Surprises, and Pure Pickleball Fun on National Pickleball Day

PickleBoom Pickleball Tournament: On August 8, 2025, Life Time Missouri City will host PickleBoom!, a special pickleball event celebrating National Pickleball Day. The one-day tournament will take place at 8421 Highway 6 in Missouri City, Texas. Registration costs $35.00 and closes the same day at 3:00 PM CST.

A Fun Format with Big Rewards

Players will compete in a round-robin format, switching partners and opponents for each match. Everyone signs up individually, so no partner is needed.

Winning matches won’t matter as much as scoring points. The goal is to collect the most total points across all games.

The winners will receive a Joola Gen 4 paddle of their choice, adding a fun prize to the friendly competition.

No Rankings, Just Play

This tournament is a non-DUPR event, meaning it won’t affect any official pickleball rankings or ratings. It’s focused on fun, movement, and community.

Organizers shared: “The wins don’t matter, the points you accumulate do!!!”

Importance of the Event

PickleBoom! brings players together in celebration of the fastest-growing sport in the U.S. It offers a unique way to play, meet others, and enjoy the game without pressure.

The round-robin style and point system make it easy for players of all levels to join in.
