2025 Lehigh Valley Round Up: The 2025 Lehigh Valley Round Up, hosted by Pickleball Is Great, will take place from August 8 to August 10, 2025, at Pickleball Lehigh Valley, located at 4636 Crackersport Road, Allentown, Pennsylvania. Players of all ages and skill levels are invited to compete in singles, doubles, and mixed doubles events.
Three Days of Round-Robin Matches
The tournament will follow a round-robin format with playoff games for gold, silver, and bronze medals. All matches must be won by two points. Game lengths will vary depending on how many players enter each event.
Friday, August 8, will feature men’s and women’s singles matches.
Saturday, August 9, will host men’s and women’s doubles.
Sunday, August 10, will be for mixed doubles.
Round-robin matches will typically go to 15 points, but some may go to 11 if there are seven or eight teams in the event. The top four teams from each division will move on to the playoffs. The bronze match is one game to 15 points. The gold match may be played as one game to 15 or a best-of-three to 11 points.
Tournament organizers stated: “All skill and ages welcome.”
Registration Details and Fees
Registration costs $60 and ends on August 6, 2025, at 11:55 PM EST. Players must also pay $15 for each event they enter. Early registration in January and February was $45 plus event fees.
Seniors competing in USSP events can enter by age and skill groupings divided into five-year age bands. No membership is required, but players who list their United States Senior Pickleball (USSP) membership number in their profile will receive a $10 discount.
Players will be placed into events using the “USSP” rating from their player profile.
Cancellation and Refunds
The deadline to cancel is August 4, 2025. Withdrawals before this date will receive a refund, minus a $20 processing fee. Refunds will be given at the end of the tournament. Service fees from the registration software are non-refundable.
Venue and Parking
All matches will be played at Pickleball Lehigh Valley in Allentown, Pennsylvania. There is no parking fee at the venue. However, overnight parking is not allowed.
Tournament directors may adjust match brackets or close registration early if the daily player limit is reached, even if some events still appear open.
