Ace Pickleball Club Debuts in Kansas: Ace Pickleball Club will open its first Kansas location in Olathe on August 30 at 1445 S. Mahaffie Street. The new facility will feature professional-grade, climate-controlled courts for all skill levels, aiming to meet the city’s growing demand for pickleball and create a strong sense of community.
The club is owned and operated by Alex McCarty and Mitch Morse, longtime friends and University of Missouri graduates. McCarty served in the Peace Corps in Panama, while Morse worked in finance before the pair co-founded Premium Outdoor Grills in 2018. After discovering pickleball, they saw an opportunity to bring a dedicated indoor facility to Olathe.
“What drew us to Ace Pickleball Club was the focus on community and accessibility,”
said Alex McCarty
“We knew Olathe needed a space where people could play every day, meet others who love the game, and truly feel part of something.”
