Weather Policy

“ We’ll do our best to complete all matches during the tournament weekend. Please be prepared to play at any time on your scheduled day. No rescheduling due to weather. Thanks for your flexibility!”
Refund Policy
Cancellations made by August 25, 2025, will receive a full refund. After this date, no refunds or credits will be offered for any reason.
