Over 3,000 Players to Battle for Glory at 2025 International Pickleball Tournament in Fort Lauderdale

The 2025 International Pickleball Tournament, presented by the Pickleball World Cup and the Cabieses Foundation, will take place from October 28 to November 2, 2025. The event will be held at The FORT Pickleball in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and is expected to host more than 3,000 players from around the world.

Venue and Format

The FORT Pickleball features 43 courts, including 4 stadium courts and a center grandstand court. The tournament will use a format of pool play followed by single-elimination playoffs. Every team is guaranteed three pool matches. The top two teams from each pool will advance to the playoffs.

Match Rules

Pool play and semifinal matches will be rally scoring games to 15, win by 2. The bronze medal match will use the same format. The finals will be best two out of three games. Each player will receive one 30-second timeout per game.

Schedule of Events

The competition schedule will include:

  • Tuesday: Men’s Singles, Women’s Doubles

  • Wednesday: Women’s Singles, Men’s Doubles

  • Thursday: Mixed Doubles

  • Friday: Juniors Mixed Doubles, Hybrid Doubles

  • Saturday: Juniors Singles, Wheelchair Singles

  • Sunday: Juniors Gender Doubles, Wheelchair Doubles

Registration and Pricing

Players must register and pay as a team. Fees range from $30 to $70 per player, depending on the division and event. Early bird pricing is available until September 1, 2025, at $70 for the first event and $30 for additional events. After that date, the first event increases to $80. Juniors and wheelchair players pay $40 for their first event and $30 for additional entries.

Policies

Refunds will not be issued for player withdrawals or weather-related cancellations. All players accept the risk of schedule changes or cancellations when registering.
