Nutley Parks Unveils Fall Pickleball Lessons—Join the Fast-Growing Sport This Season!

Nutley Fall Pickleball Lessons: Nutley Parks and Recreation has launched Fall Pickleball Lessons for both new and intermediate players. Classes will take place at the Msgr. Owens Park Pickleball Courts on Tuesdays. The program aims to help participants improve their skills, stay active, and join the growing pickleball community.

A Program for All Levels

The lessons will provide guidance for those holding a paddle for the first time as well as players who want to sharpen their strategies. Instructors will teach proper techniques, game tactics, and sportsmanship in a supportive setting.

Commissioner’s Remarks

“Our goal is to create an environment where people can learn, play, and connect, all while enjoying a sport that promotes both fitness and fun,” said Commissioner Mauro G. Tucci.

Building Community Through Sport

Pickleball, which combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong, is known for being easy to learn and enjoyable for all ages. With the sport growing rapidly across the country, the program encourages Nutley residents to take part in the movement locally.

Registration Details

Class sizes are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Those interested are encouraged to register early to secure a spot.
